Sandalwood East & West & Briarwood Circle - mailboxes to be put back Between Friday, Sept 21 - Sept 28 and re-seeding of grass will also be done during this time.  If the residents could water this re-seeding, it would be appreciated.

Also, please note that the re-paving of the street will not start until around Oct. 1.

Hopefully, your patience is still required until this is completed.  We realized this has been a big inconvenience, but it will be worth it when all is completed.  Again, thank you for your patience.

The City of Perrysburg wanted the Office Manager to relay this information to you

Updated September 3, 2018

Beginning August 27th there will be work done on the following streets under the Perrysburg 2018 Resurfacing Program:

                   Briarwood Circle

                   Brookdale Drive

                   Sandalwood Road East

                   Sandalwood Road West

The work will start with concrete curb repair and may include street resurfacing. You should be receiving a door hanger at least 48 hours prior to the start of work. The City appreciates your cooperation during this project and will try to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

The mailboxes on Sandalwood East & West are being moved to one side of the street to put in the new curbs, then the mailboxes will be moved to the other side of the street to install those new curbs and then all mailboxes will be replaced where they belong.  If a post breaks, the contractor will replace.  The mailbox will be put back in the condition that it was found.  If your mailbox is not in good condition and needs replaced, please call the office at 419-874-7644 and make arrangements for a new mailbox.

Since Three Meadows neighborhood was ranked # 1 in the Toledo area (Toledo Blade article, Aug. 4th - over Ottawa Hills, Sylvania & Maumee) the street signs and your mailboxes are the first things realtors and prospective buyers see when they drive our subdivision.  Keeping your mailbox in decent and good repair is also part of the restrictions.  Our new Maintenance Supervisor is doing a terrific job and has made several improvements in the appearance, as well as material to make the mailboxes withstand the weather effects much longer. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood looking great - especially after the street work is completed !!! Patience until then will be the word of the day - or 30 days.

The Annual Meeting of the Three Meadows Association was held on THURSDAY, MARCH 22, 2018 AT 7 PM, AT ABUNDANT LIFE #2, 200 Zoar Drive, Perrysburg.  The agenda did include:  2017 financial and 2018 budget information, creek clean up, garage sale and NEW Facebook Group Communication information.

The Grassy Creek Clean Up is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 21st, beginning at 9 am, meeting at the corner of Oak Knoll Drive & Applewood Drive.  However, the creek is in good shape at this time, but will be looked at before this date to see what needs to be done to keep it clean and free of debris.  Both the City of Perrysburg and Envirocare Tree Division help us with the project.  However, we do need more resident participation, not only from those that live along the creek, but those who live in the subdivision and are capable of physically helping.

Our community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2018.  We will again advertise in the Perrysburg Messenger Journal, the Bowling Green Sentinel Tribune, and the Toledo Blade.  Hours are advertised as 9 am to 3 pm.  Signs will be put up at intersections to direct people.  Please make sure you have balloons, a sign, or something to indicate that your house is participating in the garage sale. Please call the office and indicate that you want to participate so that we have your address listed in the flyer that is printed.

Sidewalk maintenance – Snow & ice is to be removed from sidewalks within 24 hours of a “weather event”.  Remember, the sidewalk in front of your home, as well as that beside or behind your home is your responsibility, especially those that border Three Meadows Drive along the brown board fence.

Mailbox maintenance – After this “brutal” .winter weather, many of our mailboxes, street signs and sign posts will be in need of repair or replacement.  When spring finally gets here, and it will get here sooner rather than later, call the office with your mailbox.

Toters – Just a reminder that the recycle and trash toters are to be stored inside your garage (or concealed from both your neighbors and the street if unable to fit in your garage).
